Is it too early to wish for a White Christmas?

I am wondering if it is too early to wish for a White Christmas. As the holiday quickly approaches many are having snow thoughts with a storm headed to the northeast this weekend. But Christmas is next week this time. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to have snow for the holiday.
Some of my fondest memories are of snow on Christmas… sled riding, building snow men and a fire in the fireplace.
