Can’t log in… Maybe you are doing it wrong!

I was having trouble the other day with my computer. Boy, oh boy, they are great when they work… but when they don’t GEEEEZZZZ!
A friend of mine heard of my dilema and thought he would help me out. Keep in mind that I am in Florida and he is in Michigan. This is what he sent me to help…
